Position Purpose
The Commissioning & Operation Manager will report to the Head of Department for Commissioning Onshore, Offshore & FPSO, and the Head of Department for Onshore Commissioning. You will oversee and support a team of 50-60 resources.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the project team, JV partners, and the client as part of the Task Force.
* Ensure the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test runs, initial operations, and handover of the plant, adhering to contractual, safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
* Maintain compliance with established processes and HSE standards on site, respecting time and cost targets.
* Hold overall responsibility for efficient commissioning and operations.
Qualifications
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical.
* At least 15 years of experience as a Commissioning & Start-Up Manager, with a minimum of 5 project experiences in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 10 years in refinery or gas plant environments.
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of refinery or gas plant pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operation activities.
* Familiarity with CMS, engineering systems, and tools.
* Understanding of flow measurement, engineering practices, design methods, and calculations.
* Knowledge of oil and gas industry safety standards.
* Ability to interpret and prepare technical information.
IT Skills
* Proficiency in PC, Windows, Office software, and IT implementation.
