Position
This role will join the Parfums Trade & Retail Marketing Team at HQ in Rome and will be responsible for coordinating markets into the implementation of trade launch plans and activations on the fragrance category. The candidate will support other corporate teams in developing “tools” to bring valuable propositions to markets, transforming these activations into strong plans to grow share globally.
Job responsibilities
* Contribute, together with PBU and International Sales, in developing a winning and profitable model for our Perfume category, in line with the portfolio vision.
* Work closely with markets to ensure customers’ Annual Business plans are consistent with the business priorities and category action plans and also to build-up “Co-marketing plans”.
* Ensure plans deployment at local level, leading the process from Design to Market exploitation stage.
* Ensure promotional off / online plans are within the corporate guidelines.
* Ensure the system/tools and availability of info to follow up results, analyze and place corrective actions, if needed.
* Orchestrate the successful "go-live" of new product launches across all omnichannel touchpoints, including both in-store and online channels.
* Work in close alignment with internal departments such as CRM, B.COM and Social Media to ensure integrated and consistent messaging and execution.
* Develop and share digital marketing guidelines with local markets to optimize third‑party website activations, providing clear directives for NLs, banners, PDPs and other digital assets.
Profile
Technical Skills
* Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry.
* Previous experience in a Trade Marketing role, preferably at HQ level.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
