What to Expect As a Field Trainer in our Residential Energy team, you will help drive the growth of Powerwall sales in Italy — by training our network of certified installers and participating in key public events. You’ll have the unique opportunity to travel across the region in a Powerwall training and promotion van, hosting engaging, informative sessions across Italy. Your mission will include building enthusiasm for our energy products, strengthening relationships with existing installers, and supporting the recruitment of new partners into the Tesla Certified Installer network. This is a multifaceted role requiring strong knowledge of energy storage technology and market dynamics, as well as excellent communication and people skills. You’ll be part of a collaborative, creative, and passionate team working to redefine the future of energy in a fast-evolving landscape What You'll Do - Deliver product presentations and hands-on installation training to installers and electricians - Organize and lead marketing and technical events including setting up the Powerwall promotion van - Stay up to date on Tesla’s product suite and relevant Tesla customer tools - Work closely with local Residential Energy sales, engineering and marketing teams to organise customer visits and events - Operate and maintain the Tesla Powerwall promotion and training van and its onboard technical equipment, ensuring safe driving, cleanliness, proper equipment functionality, and prompt reporting of any issues. - Plan and organize your travel schedule while handling related administrative duties What You'll Bring - 5 years' experience in a B2B customer - facing training and/or marketing/events role - Ability to cultivate interpersonal connections while facilitating learning and generating enthusiasm about renewable technology - Valid Driver’s license with a good track record in terms of driving safely and responsibly - Flexibility to travel: Frequent travel up to 3 weeks, at a time, each month; can include working on weekends (ad-hoc) - Fluency in English and Italian Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
