Your responsabilities - Management of Decathlon suppliers. - Cost management and validation process in the product quotation phase. - Creation and follow-up of a product development and industrialization planning, within the target time frame. - Responsibility for the product validation steps, both from the technical point of view and in terms of quality and capacity. - Consistency between the Technical Requirement and the physical product before mass production is launched. - Analysis and animation of production process efficiency. Your profile: - Avid sports lover. - English is a must. French is a plus. - Bachelor or Master degree (engineering, economics, physics) - Passionate about production processes, 6 Sigma and 4.0 paradigm skills are welcome - Problem solving, Relational capacity, Teamwork, Target orientation and Organisational skills are necessary. - Availability for travel and weekly transfers.
