As soon as possible we are looking for dedicated Country Acquisition Managers for new Franchise Partners (Real Estate Agents, Property Managers and Entrepreneurs) for our Real Estate Franchise Business Real Estate Matching – Real Estate Matching24 in more than 115 countries.
Real Estate Matching – Real Estate Matching24 is a full-service real estate agency. We sell and rent properties in residential, commercial and vacation sectors and also operate in property management. We offer services to broker financing, property insurance and property valuation. For more information please go to our main website and contact us with your application. The role is based on acquisition, onboarding and ongoing relationship management of Franchise Partners.
Responsibilities
* Identify, negotiate, finalize and organize Franchise Partners and associated agreements.
* Develop and execute a country-wide strategy to attract Franchise Partners.
* Onboard new Franchise Partners in cooperation with the franchise headquarter.
* Provide monthly reporting to the franchise headquarter.
* Support recruitment processes and holistic oversight of the recruitment lifecycle.
* In the initial phase, work from home with travel as required and maintain a high level of commitment and agile approach.
* Participate in franchise partner meetings and help coordinate networking and collaboration among Franchise Partners.
Profile – Required Skills
* At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position.
* Vocational training or studying hinted (education background as stated).
* Good English proficiency.
* Desirable experience in Marketing, Human Resources, Acquisition, Recruitment, Real Estate Sector.
* Ability to communicate effectively with the target group.
* Interest in continuous personal knowledge development and process optimization.
* Agile mindset.
* Strong interpersonal relationships, analytical thinking.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; capability to source Franchise Partners.
* With growth in Franchise Partners, may take on additional responsibilities such as Country Manager duties related to partner meetings, networking, marketing, acquiring real estate to sell or rent, and training courses.
Compensation & Status
The position is initially rewarded on a performance-related basis and can become a permanent role (competitive fixed salary plus performance-related bonus) with a sufficient number of Franchise Partners.
