Reporting to the HRBP South Europe, this role ensures smooth coordination of travel, office logistics, documentation and employee support. /ppThe role supports regional corporate functions and does not include store-level responsibilities. It offers strong exposure to internal operations and requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliSupport onboarding administration, documentation and employee record maintenance /liliAssist with recruitment coordination, including candidate communications, interview scheduling and logistics - acting as the first point of contact during the hiring process /liliTrack leave, benefits and contract timelines with attention to compliance and accuracy /liliAssist with HR system data entry and file updates for offices and store staff /liliHelp coordinate performance reviews, training sessions and employee engagement activities /liliAct as a liaison with external HR service providers (e.g. benefits, work visa support) /liliTake ownership of any travel arrangements for the office, including flights, accommodation, visa letters, itineraries and internal approvals /liliCoordinate team meetings, visitor arrangements and staff activities logistics /liliSupport payroll management, with a focus on aligning with store-specific HR activities /liliSupport the HRBP in managing the full employee lifecycle, from entry to exit, including performance reviews, development plans and offboarding /li /ulpbRequired Qualifications /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field /liliExperience in HR and administrative support within an office environment /liliStrong coordination skills, especially in managing travel arrangements, scheduling and interview logistics /liliFamiliarity with office expense tracking, invoice handling and budget follow-up /liliExcellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills /liliProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /liliEligible to work in Italy /liliProficiency in English and Italian, speaking and writing /li /ulpbDesirable but Not Essential /b /pulliBackground in retail, consumer brands, or other fast-paced environments /liliExperience working in a regional or international business setting /liliFamiliarity with basic Italian HR procedures or documentation standards - experience with HR processes in other European countries is a valuable asset /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
