About the Job
* Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and services in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
* Analyze supplier quotations and lead negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
* Identify cost‑saving opportunities through supplier reviews and pricing analysis.
* Manage pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm delivery schedules.
* Execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently to support business requirements.
About You
* 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in large multinational companies; automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
* Background in production companies is mandatory, ideally with exposure to R&D‐related activities.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
* Fluency in Italian is mandatory; good command of English is required for daily communication.
