As the HR Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping, leading and executing the HR Operations and Employee Relations strategy for EMEA in partnership with our HR business partnering team and our Global VP, Rewards HR Operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing local needs. This role will act as the key point of contact for implementing corporate HR policies, managing labour relations, handling employee relations matters and disputes, and providing EMEA HR support. The HR Director will ensure compliance with local labour laws while aligning local operations with global HR strategies.
