Role Description
As an Operational Maritime Export Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end export operations and managing a team to ensure smooth workflow processes. This full-time, on-site role, based in Ravenna, involves coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and maintaining high-quality customer service. xpavfwm You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency while mentoring and supporting team members to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Operations Management
Proven experience in Team Leadership with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional Customer Service skills, including effective communication and relationship management
Ability to analyze operational data, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize workflows
Proficiency in logistics software and tools, and general knowledge of the maritime export industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus
Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Ravenna
