Ph3Position /h3 pThe Client Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to clients to maximize sales and achieve business objectives. They focus on building personalized experiences with clients, understanding their unique preferences to recommend suitable products and services, and offering expert guidance during their shopping experience. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 h3Client Relationship Building /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. /li liUtilize client information, such as preferences and purchasing history, to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience. /li liProactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms. /li /ul h3Product Expertise and Sales /h3 ul liMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, retail environment and competitors. /li liProvide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. /li liContribute actively to the business objectives by achieving sales targets (contribution to the store KPIs). /li liRegularly input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling personalized engagement and identification of new sales opportunities for maximizing revenue. /li /ul h3Client Experience and Satisfaction /h3 ul liDeliver exceptional client experience, creating a memorable experience for clients visiting the store. /li liCreate desire for the brand with exceptional storytelling about the particular Maison (heritage and savoir‑faire) and show empathy and passion and follow the steps of the Maison’s selling ceremony. /li liEnsure that after‑care service is followed and issues are elegantly resolved. /li /ul h3Team Collaboration and Store Support /h3 ul liCollaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices. /li liContribute to maintaining a well‑organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients. /li liEmbody the LVMH culture and be an ambassador of the LVMH values. /li liCompliance and data management. Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines from the HQ, concerning client data, but also transfer store operations etc. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liRelevant work experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique. /li liAligned with the Brand identity and detail oriented. /li liPassion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand. /li liExcellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving skills. /li liGood stress management, flexibility and adaptability. /liliFluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
