To efficiently support on going activities and needs, we are looking for highly motivated Payroll Senior SPECIALIST To support and expand our business at Evotec Verona, we are looking for a highly skilled person to join the Human Resource Department. He/She is competent in wage and promotions analysis, able in preparing and presenting financial proposals and represents a reference person for statutory payroll account reconciliations and year-end external audits. Her/His key tasks will improve flows and processes related to the Finance department (so called “Finance bridge”) in order to standardize the approach and review accordingly payroll setting in alignment with the Payroll Manager. In the payroll area he/she will be fully involved in order to be able to support the Payroll Manager. Moreover he/she will manage payroll reporting to Corporate providing headcount/FTE and cash-flow, moreover the monthly pay-cycle of the Verona Travel expenses will be part of this job.
