The selected candidate will be responsible for:Processing payslips and related fiscal, contributory, and insurance obligations;Handling Uniemens declarations and F24 forms;Managing annual compliance tasks such as issuing certificates (C.U.), Model 770, and INAIL auto-liquidation;Filing disability reports and periodic obligations;Communicating with social security and welfare institutions;Drafting employment contract documents related to hiring, transformations, and dismissals;Managing UNILAV placement procedures;Handling social safety nets.Requirements:At least two years of experience in personnel administration or labor consultancy;Good autonomy in managing payroll and contributions activities;Proficiency in PC use, including Office suite and email;Problem-solving skills, accuracy, meticulousness, and teamwork attitude.The position offers a direct contract with our client company.
