PWe are looking for a strongDirector of Housekeeping /strongfor our Hotel Pitrizza in Sardinia. /ppThe hotel has been taken over by LVMH Hotel Management since January 1 st, 2024. /ppBe an inspirational Ambassadeur in the Housekeeping leading by example through enthusiasm and guidance. Being a proud Ambassador of Pitrizza actively commercialising the Maison. He/She ensures continual improvement of the housekeeping department, plans organizes, develops, co-ordinates, executes and administers the areas directly under his/her supervision. /ppHe/She supervises ambassadors and produces budgets, reports for all housekeeping operations /ppThe Director of Housekeeping is a key point of contact for our guests because (he/she) is very visible. /ph3A new challenge ... /h3pstrongGeneral Operations /strong /pulliElevates the guest experience by ensuring all housekeeping duties are performed to the highest hotel standards. /liliLeads daily housekeeping activities, ensuring every Ambassador consistently delivers exceptional service. /liliAnalyzes key data to prepare reports and budgets, driving efficient operations and resource allocation. /liliGuarantees every occupied room is impeccably cleaned and prepared daily, exceeding guest expectations. /liliMaintains exceptional standards by implementing a rigorous daily inspection program for guest rooms, back of house, and public areas. /liliManages Private Bar inventory, ensuring amenities are consistently stocked for guest convenience. /li /ulpstrongFinancial and Administration /strong /pulliDevelops and manages the department's annual budget in collaboration with Finance, aligning with the overall business strategy. /liliImplements strict cost control measures to achieve financial targets, maximizing profitability and resource efficiency. /liliEnsures compliance with purchasing and store requisition procedures, maintaining strong vendor relationships and supply chain effectiveness. /liliGuarantees the availability of all necessary resources and materials through proactive par stock management, in partnership with Purchasing and Stores. /li /ulpstrongHuman Resources /strong /pulliActively builds a strong team culture by participating in HR events, recruiting top talent, and seamlessly integrating new Ambassadors to uphold service standards. /liliCollaborates with Learning Development to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance skills and ensure operational excellence. /liliEmpowers Ambassadors by setting clear goals, providing regular performance appraisals, and offering constructive feedback for professional growth. /liliCultivates a positive and supportive work environment by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication through an open-door policy. /li /ulpstrongPolicies and Procedures /strong /pulliRepresents the Maison with excellence through impeccable grooming and adherence to CB Living standards. /liliEnsures operational efficiency and safety by consistently following Ambassador Handbook guidelines, departmental policies, and emergency procedures. /liliConnects with the Maison's purpose by developing a deep understanding and embodiment of the organization’s mission, vision, and values. /liliElevates the guest experience by professionally resolving complaints, adhering to Maison policies, and exceeding expectations. /li /ulh3A personality, a profil, an expertise /h3pYou will report to the Room Division Manager dotted Line to General Manager and have a hierarchical role vis-à-vis your Department Heads /ppYou will manage by example, inspiring and motivating the team, encouraging them to make decisions based on the brand values. /ppYour passion for the job, your autonomy, your attention to details and your empathy will enable you to carry out your assignments with excellence. /ppThe priority of our hotel and all our staff is to provide a high-quality service in line with our standards. /ppYou speak Italian and English and have already 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledgeable in hospitality software such as Opera Cloud, Unifocus and Material Control. /ppThe permanent position is based in Sardinia. /ppPackage: basic salary (depending on experience) and accommodation, bonus based on objectives. /ppThis offer is open to people with disabilities. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
