The Opportunity The company is strengthening its construction team in Italy and is hiring a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar projects across the Lazio region. Key Responsibilities • Study project scope, engineering drawings, BOM, purchase orders and subcontract packages • Report daily and weekly progress to the Project Manager • Supervise subcontractor installation activities with support from site engineers • Track and report all materials received onsite • Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to secure timely deliveries • Ensure compliance with company technical standards, local norms, and project requirements • Manage site facilities including offices, utilities (water, electricity, internet), cleaning and local supplier contracts • Act as the site's safety representative ("preposto alla sicurezza") • Interface with DL and CSE where required Requirements • Minimum 5 years of site management experience in construction (solar/BESS/EPC preferred) • Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) is an advantage • Strong command of MS Office and AutoCAD • Able to lead, coordinate, negotiate and manage subcontractors • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills • Willing to be based in Piedmont • Fluent Italian and English Benefits • Competitive compensation package • Professional, supportive working environment • Continuous training and development • Culture built on collaboration, innovation, and fast execution
