To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for an energetic and empathic Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the company’s growth, by attracting and recruiting enthusiastic talents and assisting the People & Culture Team with development programs and internal initiatives.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Creation and implementation of Employer Branding strategies to attract and engage talented candidates through both online and offline channels (e.g. career pages, social media, recruiting days, etc.).
* Collection of the business needs in order to write clear and appealing job descriptions.
* Job Posting on major Job platforms and university portals.
* CV screening through out Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Call-interviews and in-person interviews with Hiring Managers
* Ensure the best candidate experience, taking care of the communication with candidates through all the recruiting steps
* Support in other exciting HR Projects suche as Internal Communication initiatives or Corporate Events
Offer Information
* 6-month internship
* Working hour: full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
* 600€ monthly compensation
* Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy
