The ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of group accounting logics and accrual accounting methods. /ppbResponsibilities : /b /pulliPerform general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis /liliPrepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Italian GAAP and IFRS /liliParticipate in the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all closing activities /liliPrepare and post accruals for various expenses, ensuring proper recognition of revenues and expenses in the correct accounting period /liliMaintain and reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring accurate reporting of transactions between group entities /liliPrepare and submit statutory financial reports to comply with Italian legal and regulatory requirements /liliAssist with the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS /liliAssist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed /liliStay up-to-date with changes in Italian accounting principles, IFRS, and other relevant regulations /liliIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounting function /liliPerform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager / Finance Director /li /ulpbQualifications : /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field /liliProven experience in financial accounting, minimum 5 years /liliThorough knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and IFRS /liliStrong understanding of group accounting logics and consolidation principles /liliExperience with accrual accounting methods and month-end closing procedures /liliProficiency in using accounting System (JDE as ERP is a plus) /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliFull-time opportunity /li /ulpJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
