Above all Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future. /ppIn order to strengthen our bQuality /b Department, we are looking to hire a bSupplier Quality Engineer /b based in bMaranello /b (Italy). /ppIn this position, the SQE will report to the bEES Electrification Supplier Quality Manager /b and will be responsible for ensuring quality standards throughout all phases of product development, from design through the product in operation. /ppAs part of the Supplier Quality team, you will be responsible for: /polliVerification of processes and potential suppliers (evaluation of supplier suitability – process planning verification); /liliSupport in the procurement process by evaluating potential suppliers in terms of quality, with a focus on technical aspects, technologies, development timelines, and quality performance in production; /liliClose collaboration with suppliers through periodic visits and drafting of regular reports; /liliManagement of any non-conformity complaints and implementation of corrective actions; /liliApplication of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) where required to achieve products compliant with customer requirements; /liliDefinition of improvement plans; /liliInterface with the production and process quality sectors. /li /olpIn order to succeed in this challenging role, it is preferred that you have achieved excellent academic results with a master’s degree in embElectronic Engineering or equivalent. /b /em /ppIdeally, you should have at least b3 years /b of experience in the role. A bhigh propensity /b for bmobility /b is required (75%). /ppIn Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment; strong communication skills, team working and accountability are important skill sets to manage activities and responsibilities of the role. /ppbFluent English /b is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage.
