Casa Laveni is the first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group, an international hospitality group with over 11 hotels across Europe. Located in Via dei Bossi, just a few steps from Milan’s Duomo square, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality and on placing the guest at the center of the experience.For our opening team, we are currently looking for a:Front Office ManagerThe Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting the Front Office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of problem-solving, process creation, and team development, working in close alignment with the hotel management and ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and support the Front Office team on a daily basisCreate and implement Front Office procedures, workflows, and service standards in line with hotel directionEnsure consistently high-quality guest experience, managing guest complaints and service recovery professionallyAct as the main point of contact for guests during their stay when escalation is requiredCoordinate Front Office operations with housekeeping, F&B, and other departmentsMonitor reservations, room availability, rates, and PMS operationsSupport revenue management and reporting activitiesTrain, coach, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented cultureEnsure compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelinesWork closely with the hotel management to continuously improve processes and guest satisfactionRequirementsProven experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in boutique or luxury hotelsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS systemsFluency in Italian and EnglishAdditional foreign languages are a strong plusAbility to work hands-on in an opening environment and lead by exampleStrong organizational skills and ability to create structured working methodsWhat We OfferKey leadership role in a boutique hotel opening project in MilanOpportunity to build and structure the Front Office department from scratchFull-time contract (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal)Shift schedule: day shift (30-minute break included)Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week.· Salary based on experience· Further benefits will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
