Join the team and become part of a company growing thanks to the commitment of those who live it every day. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize chromatographic purification methods for synthetic peptides using high-pressure systems (Reverse Phase-HPLC) and other ancillary technologies (Ion Exchange, Size Esclusion Chromatography); /li liScale purification processes from lab to pilot and production scale, ensuring robustness, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance; /li liSelect, configure, and validate chromatographic equipment, columns, resins, and system parameters; /li liDesign and execute experiments to evaluate critical process parameters and performance attributes; /li liTroubleshoot complex purification challenges, including impurities, yield loss, peak splitting, column degradation, and pressure limitations; /li liImplement process control strategies and participate in tech transfer to manufacturing; /li liSupport process characterization, validation, and documentation (SOPs, batch records, development reports); /li liWork closely with analytical, upstream / solid‑phase synthesis, and formulation teams to ensure seamless integration along the peptide production workflow; /li liStay current with emerging technologies and approaches in chromatography and peptide purification. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liAdvanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines; /li li5–10+ years of hands‑on experience with high‑pressure chromatography applied to peptide purification; /li liDemonstrated expertise with method development, process optimization, and scale‑up for preparative HPLC; /li liStrong knowledge of column chemistry, stationary phases, pressure limits, and peptide behavior under chromatographic conditions; /li liExperience in purification at pilot and manufacturing scale, ideally in a regulated environment (GMP preferred); /li liProficiency in chromatographic software and method modeling tools; /li liExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; /li liKnowledge of downstream unit operations beyond chromatography (ultrafiltration / diafiltration, lyophilization, crystallization). /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liIndustrial experience in peptide therapeutics, CDMO, or specialty chemicals; /li liFamiliarity with continuous chromatography, simulated moving bed systems, or preparative UPLC. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong technical leadership and ownership of purification workflows; /li liAbility to design experiments and interpret complex data rapidly; /li liCross‑functional collaboration and mentoring of junior scientists; /li liQuality‑minded, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Office location /h3 pFIS Head Quarters is located in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
