Ph3IT BUSINESS ANALYST - EMEA /h3 pOur EMEA IT Business Systems division is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting, improving, and rolling out several business IT systems across Europe and Africa. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liParticipate in projects for the implementation and evolution of business systems (ERP, MIS, Scheduling, Data Collection, etc.) across plants in Europe and Africa. /li liStandardize processes and configurations while identifying and addressing functionality gaps. /li liAnalyse and review Business Requirements and client change requests, assess their nature (development request, defect, setup error, etc.), and prioritize accordingly. /li liProvide the development team with comprehensive test cases for detected defects. /li liConduct client training sessions to ensure effective system usage. /li liPerform support activities for business systems using ticketing systems. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing and optimising processes. /li liContribute to the evolution of business systems through configuration, report development, and creation of interfaces to third‑party systems. /li liOffer technical input using development and database knowledge. /li liTest and produce new releases or patches. /li liCollaborate consistently with colleagues in globally distributed teams. /li /ul h3SKILL EXPERIENCES /h3 ul liMaster’s degrees in engineering, Computer Science or similar /li liAt least 3 years of work experience related to the implementation and support of complex business systems, such as ERP or similar /li liVery familiar with report development, including use of Crystal Reports would be considered a plus /li liExpert knowledge of SQL language and ability to navigate and extract and import data to and from database. /li liProblem solving mind. /li liClient focused mind set /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English /li liAbility to present complex information in a clear and structured way /li liAutonomous, rigorous and well organized /li liAbility to work on own initiative and adhere to deadlines, flexible and adaptable /li liEager to learn and self-train on new business areas within the label printing industry /li liReady to travel around Europe and Africa, up to 20% of the working time /li /ul h3OPTIONAL BUT DESIRED /h3 ul liProduction management systems (Scheduling, MRP, data collections, quality management, etc in Printing or other manufacturing environment) /li liProcess description notations (BPMN, flow chart) /li liServiceNow or another ticketing system /li liMicrosoft SQL Server /li liProgress /li liCrystal Reports /li /ul h3LOCATION /h3 pThe office will be in Lucca or Glasgow, but the contract will provide for forms of smart working, to be agreed.
