Join Hemmersbach as a Field IT Technician to provide onsite enduser support to multiple customers in the area of Milan. You will: Device installations: assist the clients in installation of the software and initial setting up of the systems Troubleshooting: identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, Tablets etc. User support: provide support on applications and systems Account Management: management of user accounts/permissions Connectivity issues: basic network support.
