**Job Description:
**Supplier Quality Assurance specialist manages the approval and surveillance of Leonardo Helicopters supply chain granting the adherence to the established requirements.Main responsibilities:
* carry out surveillance audits, as Team Leader, at Leonardo Helicopters suppliers, approving and managing the required corrective actions.
* Independently manage the first approval of Leonardo Helicopters suppliers
* evaluate and accept the Quality Plans required of suppliers and related documentation
* perform other activities to control suppliers (investigations, data analysis to design surveillance plans, risk assessment etc.)
* Participate to established Management Review Boards
* Manage improvement initiatives for SQA processes
* Cooperate with internal departments (Procurement, Production plants and final helicopter assembly lines, Technical Management, CS&S, Project Management Office, other Quality System functions, etc.) managing issues or potential issues related to Leonardo Helicopters Supply Chain. xrdztoy
* Participate to audit at suppliers performed by Customer/Authorities.Requirements:
* Master's degree in a STEM discipline
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
* Upper-intermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level)
