Atlassian Consultant (completely full remote)
to join a dynamic technology consulting team specializing in Atlassian solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end projects across the Atlassian suite, from technical design to production deployment
Key Responsibilities
* Configure & customize Atlassian tools: Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, Confluence, Bitbucket
* Integrate Atlassian solutions with enterprise systems & third-party applications
* Provide technical support & continuous improvement services
* Advise clients on best practices for Atlassian adoption & process optimization
* Deliver training sessions & workshops for client teams
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience with Atlassian products
* Strong ability to analyze business processes & design effective technical solutions
* Proficiency in Java & experience with customization plugins (ScriptRunner)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* B2/C1-level of English
Nice-to-have
* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Active participation in the Atlassian community
* Experience with additional collaboration tools (Git, Bamboo)
* Familiarity with other ticketing systems & enterprise environments
Location: completely full remote (Italy-based)
