The role will involve working proactively with key business stakeholders across our EMEA region as an advocate of change, challenging the status quo, and driving efficiencies through improved processes while bringing the various teams (internal and external) along with you. Time will be divided between managing and delivering projects and supporting the Digital Marketing team with their projects. /ppbWhat you will do /b /pulliSupport in defining and conducting digital platform system (IT Software) rollouts across our Martech solutions. /liliLead in maintaining our Data Protection platform, OneTrust, ensuring platforms have the most up-to-date DPA and assessments completed across the region. /liliSupport in outlining and utilizing CDP and Marketing Automation platforms, contributing to defining and extracting the right KPIs for these digital tools across the region. /liliIdentify opportunities and support projects to automate and optimise marketing workflows through strategic application of AI. /liliSupport our Data and Analytics lead in working with vendors to help build best-in-class measurement solutions like MMM and attribution models. /liliWork with IT specialists to support data set identification for in-house initiatives. /liliAssist regions and local markets with expertise and guidance in digital implementation processes for digital initiatives and on a category level where applicable. /liliStay abreast of industry trends and emerging tools to enhance our CG EMEA region. /liliManage and administer multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail to ensure effective and efficient implementation. /li /ulpbWho You Are /b /pulliDemonstrate a solid understanding of various digital performance channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media) and offline channels (e.g., TV, radio, print) to analyze their contribution to the consumer journey. /liliA sound understanding of marketing attribution best practices. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to provide actionable insights to drive performance. /liliExcellent communication skills to work across diverse geographies and explain complex issues to non-technical audiences. /liliRelevant experience from within a Digital marketing team, Brand, or media organization. /li /ulpbAbout Our DEI Culture /b /ppGuided by our Beliefs Behaviours, our culture connects our history with our future.
