Your talent opens opportunities and, together, we open worlds /ph3Your Role /h3pFAAC Technologies is currently looking for a bSupplier Quality Engineer /b for its headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna. /ppAs a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will support the Quality Department in coordinating suppliers and verifying that quality standards are in accordance with company requirements. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelopment, implementation and monitoring standards and/or best practices between plants /liliPerform regular supplier’s audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards /liliIdentify quality problems with suppliers and implement corrective actions /liliMonitor corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) /liliReview supplier manufacturing processes and collaborate with suppliers on process improvement /liliAnalyze the conformity of mechanical components using measuring instruments /liliReview of supplier quality performance /liliSupport the local quality teams of our international plants, e.g. Ireland and Bulgaria and Germany /li /ulh3What you need to be successful /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or equivalent experience /liliAt least 3 years of professional experience in a similar or related position (Quality control) /liliKnowledge of ISO 19011 /liliKnowledge in analyzing mechanical drawings /liliExperience in using measuring instruments, especially 3D (CMM) will be considered a plus /liliFluent knowledge of Italian and English /liliKnowledge of PDCA approach /liliPreferred knowledge of PPAP, SPC, Gage RR /liliGood Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /liliAvailabilty to travel abroad /li /ulpTime to unlock new opportunities?
