**About the Company**: for a multinational market leader in the consumer electronics, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a **EPM Specialist**.
**Core Responsibilities**:
You will work within the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics division of the company driving the Information Technology roadmap on Enterprise Performance Management initiatives. You will also play a key role in communicating between Finance departments and Information Technologies teams translating organization's needs in technical solutions.
- Designing and leading the implementation of solutions aimed at managing advanced Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation processes in the Finance area;
- Driving the Finance Tech Transformation roadmap;
- Enhancing the existing systems landscape bringing innovative projects in analytics, machine learning, RPA, etc.
**Requisiti:**:**Must Have**:
- You have a degree in economics, finance, statistics, engineering or computer science;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management, with expertise in both functional aspects of Planning, Reporting and Consolidation processes, and technological aspects and software implementation;
- You have knowledge of one or more of the main EPM tools (es: Tagetik, Oracle EPM, Anaplan,);
- You speak and write English fluently;
- You are able to find functional and innovative solutions to complex projects;
- You have a strong passion for IT and the technology tools have no secrets for you;
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
- You know how to work towards your goals and are passionate about challenging yourself;
- You are a proactive person who wants to learn every day.
