Experteer OverviewIn this role you partner with the Turkey business from Tiffany's Milan HQ to align HR initiatives with strategic goals. You will support payroll, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development across the Turkish unit, interfacing with the HR and LVMH teams. You'll drive policy updates, ensure compliance, and enable a high-performance retail culture.
