We have a profound influence on the entire JJ Enterprise, providing innovative workplaces where our employees can collaborate and grow, and delivering flexible site solutions which enable our business to best serve our important customers and patients. /p pThe Director of Facilities Maintenance Excellence PMO is responsible for the successful planning and execution of the Facilities Maintenance Excellence program, comprised of 8 strategic workstreams, across all JJ footprint, managing budgets, schedules and ensuring the program is executed on time and establishing the framework for long term sustainability. A suitable candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, experience in facilities management and maintenance and experience in leading complex, multinational programs and governance (framework, roles, systems, and processes) across Supply Chain and non‑Supply Chain sites. /p pbKey Relationships /b: FM global functions, regional FM leadership, Business Customers, Service providers, key JJ partners (e.g., Global Security, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, EHS, Employee Health and Wellbeing, and Procurement), and external regulatory agencies. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liDevelop and maintain robust program management methodologies, frameworks, and governance structures to ensure project alignment, accountability, and effective decision‑making. /li liEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting standards to evaluate program progress and success across all workstreams. /li liPrepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, executives, and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities. /li liOversee and facilitate coordination among the 8 workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and timelines. /li liIdentify, elevate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting the program’s success. /li liPartner with subject matter experts in asset management to support the deployment, integration, and continuous improvement of maintenance programs. /li liSupport change initiatives related to the program, promoting adoption of best practices and continuous improvement. /li liEnsure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle. /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p pbEducation /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is required; Master of Science degree in engineering, Business, Architecture or similar is preferred. /li /ul pbRequired Experience and Skills /b /p ul liA minimum of ten (10) years of project or program management experience, preferably leading large, multi‑disciplinary facilities or asset management programs. /li liProven expertise in developing and implementing program governance, performance frameworks, and reporting methodologies. /li liStrong knowledge of facilities maintenance, asset management, or operational excellence frameworks is a plus. /li liExceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills. /li liExperience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Power BI) for reporting and tracking. /li liDigital literacy, including a solid understanding of MS Office suite. /li /ul pbPreferred Experience and Skills /b /p ul liExperience managing facility or infrastructure maintenance programs. /li liFamiliarity with asset management standards such as ISO 55000 or IAEA. /li liExperience leading multi‑workstream programs with cross‑functional teams. /li liKnowledge of digital tools and technologies for facilities management and performance optimization. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead change and drive adoption of new processes or systems. /li /ul pbOther /b /p ul liProject Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is preferred. /li liLean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred. /li liThis position may require up to 10% of domestic and/or international travel. /li /ul pbAdditional Skills /b /p ul liCollaborating, Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Facility Management, Facility Management Software, Fact‑Based Decision Making, Mechanical Equipment, Proactive Behavior, Process Improvements, Risk Management, Security Program Development, Tactical Planning, Technical Credibility, Vendor Selection, Workplace Accessibility. /li /ul pJohnson JJ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
