The main purpose of this role is to interpret business rules and both functional and non-functional requirements to develop technical specifications aligned with architectural standards, focusing on system interactions, data exchanges, and transformations according to defined design methodologies. Key Responsibilities : Participate in shaping activities and collaborative efforts. Conduct feasibility analyses for new or updated initiatives (Epics and User Stories), assessing impacts on IT. Perform detailed technical analysis and design. Support developers during the development phase. Involve in IT delivery project planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Provide test support and troubleshooting. Define requirements for new suppliers and contracts. Break down requirements and technical solutions into manageable slices (User Stories), evaluate costs, benefits, and risks, and justify decisions systematically. Requirements : Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. At least 6 years of experience in a similar role within a complex environment. Strong knowledge of current IT architecture and technical workflows. Advanced experience with REST and SOAP application services development. Experience in front-end solution design. Proven application development experience using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience with JUnit, Test Driven Development, and Spring Integration testing. Familiarity with version control tools like Azure and Git. Knowledge of DBMS and SQL, particularly Oracle and PL/SQL. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of UML standards. Understanding microservices architecture and domain modeling. Familiarity with retail banking business. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical, systemic, and synthesis skills. Leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and a customer-centric mindset.
