You will shape digital experiences across e-commerce and other platforms, creating user-centered, high-quality interfaces aligned with our brand standards. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Data Scientists, CRM teams, and fellow Designers to deliver innovative solutions that improve our customers' digital journey. Responsibilities Design seamless, intuitive user experiences for e-commerce, internal apps, and digital products from concept to delivery. Translate complex problems into elegant design solutions through research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine user experiences using qualitative and quantitative insights. Manage and evolve the Design System for consistency and scalability. Oversee the rollout of new features, ensuring high design standards. Apply human-centered design principles to support Prada Group's digital culture. Reinforce the brand's leadership in digital innovation. Knowledge and Skills 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design. Strong skills in interaction and visual design, proficient in Figma. Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. Self-driven, organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and creative approach. Ability to translate business challenges into user-centered design solutions aligned with product goals. Fluent in English, spoken and written. Experience in e-commerce or fashion tech is a plus.
