The Salesforce Industries Senior Functional Developer is a key member of our Salesforce Business Group Delivery organization in Europe. Responsibilities include developing high-performing solutions leveraging the Salesforce Industries suite, designing solutions, conducting fit/gap assessments, configuring and customizing apps, and managing junior developers as needed. Acts as a trusted functional advisor in Digital Transformation with Industrial and Salesforce experience.
Basic Qualifications
* Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud aggregated / certified SME
* Experience and interest in Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive Supplier & Automotive industry
* Experience in Marketing, Sales, (field) Service processes
* Salesforce Functional experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud certified)
* At least 6 months exposure to Salesforce.com APEX data loader
* At least 6 months exposure to integrations
* At least 6 months experience in mentoring junior developers
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Preferred Skills
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work creatively within a team
* Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, through industry experience or consulting
* Cross European role
* Proficiency in local language and English (speaking and writing)
