We are looking for a Team Leader IT – Business Intelligence to lead our BI initiatives and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
YOUR TASKS
* Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate analytical needs into impactful solutions.
* Ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of BI platforms and reporting tools.
* Align BI strategies with company goals and market trends.
* Mentor and guide BI team members to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.
* Explore and integrate AI and ML capabilities to automate insights and support advanced analytics.
* Promote FinOps principles and data governance frameworks.
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data platforms/architecture, and strategic alignment.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure BI Services & AI/ML integration.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a structured approach.
* Fluent in English and either Italian or German.
