**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical product details to sales teams and customers.
- Deliver training sessions and create educational materials for internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Develop technical presentations and instructional aids for various audiences.
- The person will be in charge of regions like: Lazio, Tuscany, Umbria and Marche.
- Oversee field trials for existing and new products, including design, evaluation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with universities/research centers to conduct trials and report results.
- Prepare regular updates on trial progress and results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing product positioning for various crops.
- Act as a product specialist during client/distributor presentations.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers in identifying and enhancing commercial relationships.
- Build relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive sales.
- Collaboration with the sales team on market research and competitor analysis
- Customer Engagement:
- Investigate product performance complaints and conduct root cause analyses.
- Provide on-field support for key customers representing large turnover.
- Product Development & Feedback:
- Share field insights with the Global Innovation Team and Product Management.
- Support pre-launch activities by participating in late-stage product development tests.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, Crop Science, or related fields required. Masters degree as a plus.
- Few experience in agriculture (internships/temporary contracts) will be a plus.
- Proficiency in specialty agriculture production practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong analytical, written, oral, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel more than 30%.
