Sales Enablement Specialist
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for championing our Executive Programs by supporting Faculty and participants throughout their journey. This includes setting, organizing, and running the programs, ensuring seamless logistical support to both Faculty and participants.
Main Activities:
1. Set up and manage the operational framework for Executive Programs, guaranteeing timely delivery and high-quality service;
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction;
3. Collaborate with the Program Team to plan and execute company visits, study tours, seminars, and other events;
4. Oversee the management of teaching materials and digital platforms;
5. Foster strong relationships with Faculty and participants to ensure they have an exceptional learning experience.
Requirements:
* Master's degree;
* Excellent communication skills in English;
* One year of international experience;
* Familiarity with digital tools and Microsoft Office;
* Strong interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
