Location/Division Specific Information:
This role is based at our Ferentino, IT site, supporting our production Division.
How Will You Make an Impact?:
As Manufacturing technician, working within a Manufacturing Team specialising in vials and pfs manufacturing, you will play a major role in delivering information for the process to produce.
A Day in the Life:
 * Carry out manufacture, using automated and manual chemical reactors in a fast-paced chemical processing environment
 * Assemble, competently use and dissemble plant equipment
 * Monitor reaction progress using analytical techniques and take corrective actions to produce the batch within specification
 * Carry out calibrations, daily and weekly checks of work area; start-up and shutdown procedures
 * Use MRP and web-based systems for retrieving and recording information
 * The role involves lifting and carrying weights up to 25kg
Education: High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
Experience:
 * Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production enviroment.
 * Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment or other highly regulated environment
 * Preferred: Experience working in a clean room environment
 * Preferred: Experience testing complex electromechanical systems
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
 * Computer literate (word, excel, and web-based systems)
