In this role, you will lead the design and development of innovative products and systems from concept to completion. Analyze customer contractual documents, technical specifications in order to understand the customer needs and highlight any critical issue. /p /lilipAttend technical meetings with customers and suppliers. Foster strong relationships with key customers, utilizing their feedback to drive continuous improvement in design processes and outcomes. Develop electromechanical designs,participate in reviews and making necessary modifications to meet project needs. /p /lilipUtilize standard engineering tools and processes to ensure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations. Optimize design in order to deliver on time, cost-effective and high quality solutions, that satisfy budget and customer requirements. /p /lilipAttend project planning meetings to track design progress and ensure timely delivery, contributing to efficient project execution. Take responsibility of the costs of projects, creating cost sheet, and monitore it during the execution of projects. /p /lilipFollow the engineering process giving support to other designers involved in the same project. Report any contract / quality / cost issues to management, along with recommendations for resolution. /p /lilipGive support during transformer manufacturing stage to solve issues and to assure top level quality.
