Customer Technical Support Coordinator - Italy
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Customer Technical Support Coordinator in Italy. This onsite role coordinates the dispatch of service technicians, manages logistics, and ensures timely and efficient service delivery to customers. It is part of the Customer Care Organisation and reports to the Italy Customer Support Manager.
Responsibilities
* Prioritize and schedule/dispatch field service resources based on availability, skill set, and geographic location.
* Coordinate the transportation and delivery of diagnostic equipment and parts to service locations in line with established processes, ensuring that all necessary tools, parts, and documentation are available for service technicians before dispatch.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with managers, service technicians, customers, and internal departments.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
* Speak European languages, at least Italian and English plus another.
* This role will be onsite.
