Responsibilities:
* Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program, formalized in the CMP
* Creates and maintains the Configuration Strategy and publishes Configuration Baselines and Target Configurations
* Verifies and releases components that will be considered as Configuration items
* Monitors the CM process and Configuration Status including reporting and KPI
* Manages the Change ControlBoards
* Ensures the "end-to-end" traceability of every change request including assignment to Baseline and/ or Target Configuration
* Reports CCM process performance (KPIs) and derivates and manages actions
* Ensures the necessary Configuration and Change Management tools are in place including all interfaces (e.g. Partners)
* Supports analyzing, reviewing and maintaining CCM related risks and opportunities
* Ensures that physical and functional CCM audits are performed
* Ensures configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders (e.g. customer, supplier, partner)
Requirements:
* Graduate of University Degree in any of Engineering
* 3 years experience in Configuration & Change management
* Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate with the Business Processes
* Experiences in working in an international environment
* Fluent English language skills
* Fluent Italian language skills
* Leadership skills
* Functional team management skills
Desiderable:
* Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and Industrialization
* Knowledge of the Alstom standard information systems of the digital chain (SAP, PLM, Change Tools, etc.)
