Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production, with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europe’s foremost hubs. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTo define a reliable production planning and scheduling of the proper production lines through the analysis of the customer demand and the capacity production lines /li liTo control the availability of the materials for assuring the production continuity of the shop floor through the definition of the priorities to the Quality Control for the release /li liTo assure the periodical revision of required planning parameters for keeping the inventory level as low as possible on the semi‑finished, raw and packaging materials /li liTo manage the change of packaging materials for being in compliance with the regulatory requirements and minimizing the related write‑off cost /li liTo assure on time responsiveness to the customer requests /li liTo support the Planning and Logistics Manager in leading the Sales and Operations Planning process through the analysis of the demand, the capacity loading and the definition of the shift strategy for the proper production lines /li liTo keep track of weekly and monthly Planning KPI /li liTo maintain Planning Parameters for materials code in SAP /li liTo report the outcome of the execution of the planning highlighting root‑causes and possible action plan to recover /li liFine scheduling on the proper manufacturing and packaging lines /li liTo collaborate with the Customer Service for order prioritization and production delays management /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering or Economics, Engineering or other related fields /li liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning /li liPrevious experience in a production/manufacturing environment /li liExperience in MRP/ERP system (SAP preferred) /li liExcellent knowledge of Power BI tools (queries and analysis result) /li liGood data analysis and reporting skills /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) /li liIn depth knowledge of the supply chain process (APICS certification preferred) /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills and a logical way of thinking /li liFluency in Italian and English, written and spoken /li liTeam‑working player /li liProactive attitude for improving innovation and challenging the status quo /li liGood communication skills and relationship attitude /li /ul h3Your motivation /h3 pAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
