Customer Service Representative: TXT Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the group's TXT e-Solutions company in the Aerospace & Defense division. The person will be part of the support team for Simulators and Ground Station. He/She will represent the contact point of the team for any operational technical problems, clarifications and technical assistance requested by the Customer. He/She will accept the customer's technical requests from the respective support manager and will initiate and / or implement corrective actions where required in a timely manner, in order to ensure and preserve the required service standards and full customer satisfaction. He/She will be the contact point between the Technical Office and the Support Team, dealing with different professionals including pilots, maintainers, instructors, engineers. What you will be responsible for: Ensure the reliability of training devices and ground stations from a technical point of view; Receive, track and process the Customer requests; Compile reports regarding the technical issues encountered by the Customer through the organization internal mainframe systems; Produce, update and validate Technical Manuals; Perform and schedule ‘On-site’ intervention aimed to monitor the system status or to carry out installation or maintenance operations; Provide Training Courses about the Training Systems usage to Customer personnel (e.g. instructors, pilots, technicians); Prepare the initial Spare Parts stock and foresee any system needs according to the obsolescence status; Perform system obsolescence analysis for the supply of components in terms of amount and type. Skills you already possess: Excellent knowledge of Software, Hardware and Mechanical solutions to handle and maintain the products from a technical point of view; Production and deep understanding of systems' specific technical documentation such as wiring, hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams; Knowledge of Training & Helicopter Support System Processes to be aware of roles, tasks and procedures in order to ensure appropriate workflows; Risk evaluation to carry out appropriate actions for mitigating the risks; Excellent attitude to the systems status monitoring for specific programs/activities; Excellent knowledge of MS Office package to produce technical manuals and reports; Classroom management skills to hold training courses for operators and technicians. Excellent knowledge of English language (from B2 to C2 level). Degree required: Bachelor/Master Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
