Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, material management, development, and pattern making, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in developing high-performance apparel. /p pb Main responsibilities /b /p ulli You will assist in the design and development of creative Racing / Sport styles, ensuring alignment with functional and aesthetic requirements, as well as a more user-focused approach aligned with brand identity and market needs. /lili You will support in the preparation of production files in line with milestone plans and cost targets. /lili You will also support the development of technical documentation, including sketches, specifications, material selections, and trims, and maintain updates in the PLM system. /lili Moreover, you will also assist in researching market trends through online platforms, retail analysis, and industry insights to support design direction. /lili You will assist in prototype reviews and testing phases, incorporating feedback to improve product performance and quality. /lili Moreover, you will work closely with design, development, merchandising, and pattern making teams to support the product creation process. /lili You will also support in the preparation of design presentations and materials for internal reviews. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /p ulli Educational background in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design and / or related field. /lili A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Graphic Design, design or product development (internships or academic projects relevant to apparel or sportswear are considered). /lili Good knowledge of 2D/3D design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software such as Rhino or similar). /lili Foundational understanding of textiles, materials, and garment construction. /lili Strong interest in motorcycle apparel and motorsports. /lili Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate across departments. /lili Basic understanding and / or exposure to product development processes. /lili Good organisational skills and attention to detail. /lili Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way. /lili Creative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the product design environment. /lili Willingness to travel at international level (up to 20%). /li /ul pb Other Information /b /ppb Location: /b Italy, Asolo – On-site. /p
