The Experience Senior Manager leads the digital experience strategy for both employee and customer solutions (product & platform) within the JV. Reporting to the Head of Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture, they oversee a team responsible for delivering intuitive, user-friendly digital solutions that enhance productivity, engagement, and satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a user-centred approach to drive digital transformation. Key Capability Accountabilities and Objectives Digital Experience Strategy and Leadership: Define and implement a unified digital experience strategy for employee and customer-facing solutions. Team management: Lead and mentor the Employee Experience Manager and Customer Experience Manager, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement: Work with product managers, developers, and senior leadership to align design solutions with business and technology goals. User research and data-driven design: Oversee research, usability testing, and data analysis to ensure designs meet user needs and drive measurable improvements. Champion best practices and implement design standards: Champion best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and digital design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and emerging technologies.
