Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java-based microservices, cloud-native technologies, and telecom systems. This role involves designing scalable, end-to-end solutions with full-stack visibility across applications, infrastructure, automation, and databases. The candidate will work closely with global engineering and business teams to deliver high-quality, future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and architect end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms and technologies
* Ensure full-stack visibility, covering application, infrastructure, automation, and database layers
* Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and tools across vendors and domains
* Lead solution architecture discussions with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business units
* Design and implement microservices-based architectures
* Provide expertise in infrastructure, virtualization, and container orchestration
* Collaborate with R&D and cross-geo teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Contribute to technical documentation, internal knowledge bases, and best practices
* Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards
Core Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in Java (8+)
* Deep expertise in Spring Boot / Spring Cloud (Microservices architecture)
* Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
* Solid understanding of system design, integration, and distributed systems
Preferred Skills
* Kubernetes (K8s) – Deployment and management of containerized applications
* Docker – Containerization and image management
* Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP / Private Cloud
* API Design – RESTful services, OpenAPI/Swagger
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Tools such as Helm
* CI/CD Pipelines – Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
* Security – OAuth2, JWT, secure coding practices
Domain Expertise
* Experience working with OSS/BSS systems and telecom integrations is preferred
Infrastructure & Automation
* Experience with RHEL OS, virtualization technologies, and container orchestration
* Exposure to automation frameworks and deployment tools
