This role is located in San Martino di Trecat e (NO), Italy.ResponsibilitiesHolds the position of HSE Office Assistant, collaborating with the RSPP in carrying out tasks proper to the Prevention and Protection Service.Collaborates in the drafting of the company Training Plan, monitors timely implementation and legal deadlines.Provides workers with information and training required by current regulations.Collaborates in the maintenance and improvement of the safety management system.Participates and collaborates in the investigation and management of safety non-conformities.Prepares the Audit Plan and conducts and/or participates in internal and external Audit activities.Conducts inspections of work environments to verify their conditions.Identifies risk factors, conducts risk assessment and identifies measures for the safety and healthiness of work environments.Develops preventive and protective measures referred to in the DVR, and the control systems for these measures.Develops safety procedures for the various company activities.Who are You? / QualificationsBachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental, safety at the work, or similar engineering.Knowledge of legislation relating to chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, Biocide, etc.).Minimal experience in the same role.Advanced Excel skills.ASPP role in a large, listed, multinational company is desirable.Knowledge of RIR Prevention regulations (Major Accident Risk according to the Seveso law) is preferred, as you will contribute to management, implementation and updating of Management Systems.Knowledge of Environmental regulations (Legislative Decree 152/06) and ISO 14001 is preferred.Strong team-building skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.Relational skills to undertake and manage projects in multi-functional teams (Quality, Production, Process, Maintenance) in a rapidly expanding chemical site.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to establish personal credibility at all levels and build effective relationships.Eager to learn and embrace change.We are OfferingNational Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM).Competitive base salary and a generous performance-related premio scheme, plus a yearly welfare plan.Company laptop and access to the company canteen.Working time: 38 hours/week (Mon-Thu 8:30-12:30, 13:30-17:30; Fri 8:30-12:30, 13:30-15:30) with guaranteed morning break.At Element Solutions Inc, you will be part of a highly collaborative culture that promotes continuous improvement through cross-functional partnerships to achieve our mission.
