FABA is seeking new talents to grow and establish itself as a leader in the children's entertainment market. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and continuously improving the FABA product range: analyzing competitors, defining technical features that can be implemented in products and accessories, establishing timelines and costs for orders, and negotiating with suppliers. Responsibilities: Product development, including electronics and accessories, with responsibility for defining new products and versions of existing products. Coordination with the graphic design department. Basic technical analysis of product components. Negotiations with European and Asian suppliers. Coordination with the purchasing department. Analysis and refinement of pre-production samples. Reporting improvement requests to manufacturers, verifying feasibility. Analysis of offers, considering costs and margins. Competitor analysis. Coordination with marketing and sales departments. Definition of hardware and software requirements. Research of ideas, innovations, trends, and new materials. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Developer, or Buyer, preferably in the consumer electronics, toy, or durable goods manufacturing/distribution sectors. Educational background in electronics (Diploma or Degree). Excellent command of English, spoken and written. Problem-solving skills. Negotiation skills in purchasing. Knowledge of product industrialization is a plus. Computer skills. Willingness to travel and attend industry fairs. Stress resilience. Ability to work in and with a team. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
