About the Role
Your mission is to serve as the strategic bridge between Yibi Group and the headquarters of iconic Italian luxury and automotive brands. You will lead negotiations to secure authorized licensing for \"White-Space Categories\"—products not currently covered by the brand’s internal lines, such as Designer Small Appliances, Premium Home Essentials, and High-end Tech Accessories. By leveraging Yibi’s powerful distribution network, you will transform these untapped categories into significant new revenue streams for our partners in China.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Licensing Acquisition: Initiate and lead high-level negotiations with Italian luxury houses to secure licensing rights for non-core lifestyle categories, focusing on our \"Zero-Risk Expansion\" model.
* HQ Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with global licensing, marketing, and legal departments at brand headquarters to ensure all partnerships align with their global vision.
* Market Insight Advocacy: Translate Yibi’s real-world China market data into compelling business cases for European brand directors, demonstrating the demand for \"Lifestyle Extensions\" among Chinese consumers.
* Omnichannel Value Proposition: Articulate Yibi’s unique ability to reach \"invisible\" elite consumers via Private Banking gift ecosystems and premium e-commerce management without interfering with the brand’s primary retail business.
* Full-Cycle Partnership Management: Oversee the entire process from initial pitch and contract execution to brand approval of localized product concepts and samples.
Qualifications
* 7-10+ years of experience in Luxury Brand Licensing or Strategic Business Development within the European luxury sector (prior experience with Richemont, Kering, or prestige automotive brands is highly preferred).
Required Skills
* A proven, active rolodex of decision-makers (Directors of Licensing/Business Development) at major Italian luxury headquarters.
* Deep understanding of the luxury industry’s sensitivity toward \"brand dilution\"; ability to draft and present sophisticated business plans that mitigate these concerns.
* Fluency in English and Italian; the ability to translate China’s complex digital ecosystem into the professional business language of Italian brand owners.
* Skilled in navigating complex legal frameworks and royalty structures to secure long-term, mutually beneficial agreements.
