Job Purpose
\nWe are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process optimization, improve work methods, and oversee maintenance and facility activities.\nThis role combines industrial engineering expertise with hands-on operational responsibility, ensuring efficiency, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across plant operations.\n
Key Responsibilities

\n
1. Work Analysis & Industrial Engineering
\n
\n\n
- Analyze and optimize production processes (MTM, time studies)
\n
- Improve layouts, material flows, and line balancing
\n
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
- Develop and maintain standard work and technical documentation
\n
- Monitor and improve KPIs (DLP, efficiency, capacity, labor planning)
\n
- Manage and update PBOM
\n

1. Manufacturing Engineering
\n
\n\n
- Support industrialization and ramp-up of new products and processes
\n
- Collaborate with R&D; and Quality to enhance performance
\n
- Monitor and improve production KPIs (OEE, scrap, productivity)
\n
- Implement automation and digital solutions
\n
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work cycles
\n
- Support tooling, line setup, and workstation optimization
\n
- Improve scheduling, material flow, and line feeding
\n
- Manage digital tools for performance tracking
\n

1. Maintenance & Facility Management
\n
\n\n
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
\n
- Ensure equipment reliability and plant efficiency
\n
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and service agreements
\n
- Monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) and lead root cause analysis
\n
- Oversee utilities, infrastructure, and compliance (safety & environment)
\n
- Manage CAPEX, upgrades, and technical projects
\n
- Promote 5S and high workplace standards
\n
\n
Experience Required
\n
\n
- 5–7 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering
\n
- Experience in structured industrial environments (automotive preferred or industries with production lines)
\n
- Exposure to maintenance and facility management is a plus
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
\n
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related)
\n
\nTechnical Skills\n\n
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset
\n
- Time & methods analysis (MTM, time studies)
\n
- Knowledge of CMMS and industrial equipment
\n
- Ability to read technical drawings
\n
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
\n
- Experience with digital manufacturing tools is a plus
