Main duties & responsibilities
* Organize and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and/or F&B Manager
* Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures
* Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues
* Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints
* Manage inventory and requisitions, monitor stock levels, and order replacements to avoid waste
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
* Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Fluent in Italian and English; third language preferred
