You'll support quality, safety, and training initiatives, support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.Please note this is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.About the Role
Build, develop, and continuously optimize strong and trusted partnerships with local operatorsTrain, support, and coach drivers in accordance with international quality standardsAdapt, maintain, and continuously improve service and quality standards to meet the specific needs of the Italian marketEnsure a smooth, accurate, and efficient launch of new routesMonitor, manage, and improve customer NPS related to local bus partnersTrack operational performance and proactively identify and resolve quality issuesServe as the primary point of reference for quality and performance matters with local partners
About You
At least 1 year of relevant work experience within Operations, Transport, Logistics or similar fieldExcellent command of Italian and good proficiency in EnglishStrong communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, and regional authorities)Solid analytical skills and data-driven mindsetFlexibility combined with a hands‐on, proactive approach
