The opportunity
Join us as a Risk Manager to support project execution within the Business Unit High Voltage. You will contribute to Risk Management performance through an analytical, autonomous approach, reviewing projects, assessing risks, analyzing contracts, and managing project execution.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the tendering team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
* Monitoring the transition from SF6 to EconiQ, ensuring risk mitigation.
* Ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations in collaboration with tendering and operational teams.
* Improving risk review processes across hubs with BU Risk Managers.
* Verifying approval processes at HUB level and escalating deviations.
* Planning tender reviews to improve data quality and timeliness.
* Participating in project reviews, KPIs monitoring, and lessons learned transfer.
* Providing risk management training and collaborating with other risk managers.
* Working on offshore Cookbook for HV in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Preparing risk/opportunity analyses, strategy papers, and claim strategies.
* Negotiating contracts and claims with project management.
* Providing proactive support to project teams to secure contractual rights.
Required background:
* Degree in law, business administration, or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in Contract Management and project execution of EPC energy projects or similar.
* Knowledge of internal Risk Review regulations.
* Site Contract Management experience of over 3 years is preferred.
* Experience working with international teams and partners.
* Strong skills in change management, claim management, and legal issues related to contracts.
* Ability to negotiate in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
This position can be fulfilled within Europe, prioritizing skills and experience over location.
